By a majority vote of chapter members, the following item from the official KenzerCo errata does not apply in any of the Southeast Texas Chapter's tournaments until further notice.

In no case will a player who owns a SNI be allowed to loan said SNI to another player. If the HMA database (or appropriate chapter database) does not list the SNI as belonging to your character, then that character may not use the item. Please be sure such entries are correct before bringing a SNI to a SE TX Chapter tournament.

Armor and Shield HP Called Shots: Called shots can be made to armor and shields at +2 to hit with all of the damage going directly to the armor or shield.
