Been there, done that. Found that my horrible roll turned into an amazing roll, and changed it back to a bad roll.

Sooooooo let me get this straight Mr. GM. On the opposite side of the river two gnolls jumped in the water and swam across (towards us and the Mill) to the Mill that is on an island in the middle of the river. A huge green thing is chasing them (and on the opposite side of the river).
Soooo do we have any indication that they've noticed us? Or is this like we are watching something unfold in front of us? Just wanted to clarify.

The mill is a ways upstream of you so you are watching all this from a wooded vantage point. The Gnolls seem pretty preoccupied with their large green friend at the moment.

We need to fight green with green. (hint, hint)

The visual of 4 guys standing weapons drawn ready for battle on a wooden slatboard raft slowly floating away from combat was priceless.

I assume the gnolls have made it ashore then?

indubidably. I was going to give you enough time for one action before I asked though.

What are your marching orders for combat? you can have 2 in front and 2 in back or stagger it or whatever. you have about 10 ft wide to work with and you can stand pretty far back if you'd like.

I'm sorry, but I have no idea what happened there. The best I can think it someone shot an arrow at us, as that's the only feathery shafted thing I can think of, but *clock*? *twang* maybe. I haven't shot a bow in a long time though, so perhaps *clock* is more accurate, unless were not dealing with any sort of archery at all. In that case, I have no idea what dissapeared into the bank.

I was guessing crossbow too, although I would have said "thwock" or "twang" but thats just me and the GM is always right. As long as we aren't confused as hell anyway

Since I'm hurling two daggers, one on segment 1 and the othe ron segment 6, do I do both now and just annote one as segment 1 and the other as segemtn 6, or do I post the first, then wait for a bit and post the second? I mean, if like trip and fall throwing hte first, obviously I couldn't throw the second and I can't exactly edit the post if I put die rolls in it.

You can just post them both at the same time or you can pm them to me if you'd like.
