Just remember that for every crit you roll there is someone out there picking up the slack to make things balanced.

Cyrrin may not be posting today, I'm going to try and get ahold of him though and see what he wants to do so we can get through a couple rounds of combat today at least

A clarification on Fatigue checks since I was doing it wrong.
You can fight a number of rounds equal to half your con before requiring a fatigue check. Spell casting does not count towards the number of rounds you can fight.
Your con check is made at (con + wis)/2 and since it is a stat check you must roll under the average of your con and wisdom.
-1 to Str and Dex(temporarily) every time check is failed. If Dex drops to 0, character can't move; if Str drops to 0, character is unconscious. Each full turn a character rests and does nothing except speak(no walking etc.), character can make two Con checks( one for each stat lost points from). Each round of exertion requires two rounds of rest.
I think this is correct. I'll have to look at my GMG when I get home tonight.

The base is half your Con, but that is modified based on how much you are carrying.

I'll fill it out later tonight with the modifiers.

I prefer to think of us as a slow, casual, possibly impending minor discomfort. I mean doom. Impending doom...sure.

That's too negative. We need to be more positive. We are the type of impending doom whose timeline is measured in decades if not centuries. When contrasted to an ice age, our wrath is quick and fearsome. DOOOOOOOM!!

Okay, so with what is going on right now, is the Gnoll leader on the ground dead, just kneeling, what?

My character is ready to go. Maybe Boogs will let me fall out of the sky and immediately enter melee with the gnolls.
EDIT: I like that comment about the watch, cworm. That's cute.
